Origin
How we got here
Bespoke Books started with a simple observation: the people who have stories in them are rarely the people who have written novels before. The gap isn't talent — it's craft knowledge. Structure, pacing, genre convention, voice consistency.
We built a generation engine that encodes what good editors know — not as rules to constrain creativity, but as scaffolding to support it. Every genre has its own reader promise. Every book should honour that promise.
- 2025 — The first prototype A pipeline that could write a chapter from a seed document. It worked. Barely.
- 2026 — Genre intelligence Nine genre profiles, each with pipeline rules, voice libraries, and market validation.
