1. Service
Bespoke Books is an AI-assisted fiction writing tool. We provide tools to help you create ebooks; we do not guarantee any particular output quality, commercial viability, or fitness for publication.
2. Your Content
You own the content you create with Bespoke Books. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI pipeline to generate your book. We do not claim ownership of your generated works.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Bespoke Books to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
4. AI-Generated Content
Books generated by Bespoke Books are produced with AI assistance. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication. We make no warranties about the originality or copyright status of AI-generated text.
5. Payments and Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bespoke Books is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, loss of data, or AI-generated content.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
